Joshua Estes | Partner and Founder

Joshua Estes is a veteran marketer, active venture capital investor @ Parameter Ventures and a proud carnivore (not sure he’s ever eaten a salad in his life TBH), an avid guitar player, and a stand-up wannabe. When he’s not helping brands scale their marketing efforts, he is usually acting as his own best audience. He’s funny, just ask him!
Seriously, Josh is the always-on, encyclopedic leader of Estes Media, as well as a passionate weekend photographer. He’s also a very new father! (Some could argue that his border collie and Estes Media mascot Cannon made him a pup parent years ago… “some” would be Josh).
Above all, Joshua is a Braves diehard and a homegrown Atlanta fella who’s still upset Waffle House hasn’t invaded the northeast and often has to explain that, no, “shooting the Hooch” is not code for a serious drug problem.
Andrew Stamm | Partner and Head of Creative
FAVORITE MOVIE: Children of Men
HOBBY: Playing tennis and baking
MOST ANNOYING THING ABOUT ME: “Did I ever tell you about the time I worked on the Avengers movies?”
Andrew Stamm is Estes Media’s creative mastermind (he paid us $20 to say that) and a self-proclaimed movie aficionado. When he’s not watching some weird Italian horror film you don’t care about, he spends his time playing tennis and baking in his central-London kitchen.
Andrew married a Scottish woman 6 years ago and now insists on everything being tartan. He’s mildly obsessed with his Nova Scotia Duck Toller Golden Retriever, the most obnoxious breed name of all time (but she is hella cute).
Andrew lives in London and sometimes says things like “wee” and “jumper”, which we punish him for greatly.
And he did work on a lot of big Marvel movies, which is cool, just don’t let him know you think so.
Walter Silveira | Growth Marketing Manager

MOST ANNOYING THING ABOUT ME: Mildly obsessed with all things Halloween, including classic vampire movies
Walter Silveira, our Growth Marketing Manager, is a powerhouse of pop culture knowledge and marketing ambition. His passion for photography brings a creative eye to our team.
As a Denver resident, he naturally enjoys the outdoors and loves to hike and climb on the weekends. He’s also a fitness buff by day — you can find him at the gym most mornings — and a videogame enthusiast by night, where he loves to sink a few hours into single-player games like Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
Walter’s enthusiasm for data consumption and marketing jujitsu at work is palpable. Outside of work, his activities include assembling and disassembling hot air balloons, running Denver’s ‘Hearsecon’ Goth car show and beauty contest, and continually improving upon his chess game.
With Walter’s high-energy, ambitious, and whip-smart personality, he’s set to take our growth marketing efforts (and our clients!) to new heights.
Dana Halczuk | Senior Marketing Manager

MOST ANNOYING THING ABOUT ME: Takes everything very literally
At her core, Dana is a highly-motivated perfectionist with infectious ambition and a hugely influential team player. Her razor-sharp sense of humor has a way of sneaking up on you, so stay frosty!
Japan is kind of her thing – not only does she spend her free time consuming all forms of Japanese media, she also spent 3 months vacationing there in 2023. When she’s not dreaming of a land far away, Dana soaks up as much time as possible with her family and immerses herself in nature and outdoor activities.
Dana may not be the loudest voice in the room, but chances are she’s the smartest. She is an exceptional marketer and often brings that extra push needed to turn a campaign from good to great.
Her humor, heart, and hard work are further proof that everyone needs a Dana on their team.
Mike Marra | Content Manager

Mike Marra is a laid-back, dart-throwing dad and classic-rock cover band lead. When he’s not spending time with his adorable daughter Sophia and wife Anna around their Canton, Georgia home, he’s usually riffing on his guitar or recording some spicy tunes.
The only way you’d know he served in the Marines is the intensity, level of detail, and thoughtfulness he brings to his work. Mike’s always striving to be his best and goes above and beyond for our clients.
He’s also a quick-witted comedy lover but absolutely rejects his resemblance to “Colin Farrel and Jay Leno had a baby.” On the job, he’s infectiously gregarious and a faux motivational speaker.
