Joshua Estes | Partner & Founder
FAVORITE MOVIE: Monty Python and the Holy Grail
HOBBY: Playing Guitar (even when no one asks)
MOST ANNOYING THING ABOUT ME: Eats too many bananas on Zoom calls.
Joshua Estes is a proud carnivore (not sure he’s ever eaten a salad in his life TBH), an avid guitar player, and a stand-up wannabe. When he’s not helping brands scale their marketing efforts, he is usually acting as his own best audience. He’s funny, just ask him!
Seriously, Josh is the always-on, encyclopedic leader of Estes Media, as well as a passionate weekend photographer. He’s also a very new father!
(Some could argue that his border collie and Estes Media mascot Cannon made him a pup parent years ago……. “some” would be Josh).
Above all, Joshua is a Braves diehard and a homegrown Atlanta fella who’s still upset Waffle House hasn’t invaded the northeast and often has to explain that, no, “shooting the Hooch” is not code for a serious drug problem.

MOST ANNOYING THING ABOUT ME: “Did I ever tell you about the time I worked on the Avengers movies?”
Andrew Stamm is Estes Media’s creative mastermind (he paid us $20 to say that) and a self-proclaimed movie aficionado. When he’s not watching some weird Italian horror film you don’t care about, he spends his time freelancing as a scriptwriter and baking in his small central-London kitchen.
Andrew married a Scottish woman 4 years ago and now insists on everything being tartan. He’s mildly obsessed with his Nova Scotia Duck Toller Golden Retriever, the most obnoxious breed name of all time (but she is hella cute).
Andrew lives in London and sometimes says things like “wee” and “jumper,” which we punish him for greatly.
And he did work on a lot of big Marvel movies, which is cool, just don’t let him know you think so.
Daniel Saportas | Vice President of Sales
FAVORITE MOVIE: The Shawshank Redemption
HOBBY: Cooking and “car gazing”
MOST ANNOYING THING ABOUT ME: Very competitive (or at the very least, more competitive than you)
Dan is such a good salesman that he once met a woman at a Colombian airport, neither speaking the other’s language, and now they’re married. They have a young daughter as well, who they take on fun family trips every year.
When Dan isn’t busy being adorable, he’s trying the latest restaurant in town, hanging out with his extended family, listening to some niche rock band, or obsessing over super cars.
He’ll argue all night that Lamborghinis are overrated and Porsche’s are perfect machines, but at the end of the day, he still chooses a Honda CRV named “Babay.”
He also loves cats, shares a birthday with his dad, and loves to use the power of marketing to grow SMBs into really big B’s.

MOST ANNOYING THING ABOUT ME: Loves to get into deep conversations before anyone has had their coffee
Mike Marra is a laid-back, dart-throwing dad and classic-rock cover band lead. When he’s not spending time with his adorable daughter Sophia and wife Anna around their Canton, Georgia home, he’s usually riffing on his guitar or recording some spicy tunes.
The only way you’d know he served in the Marines is the intensity, level of detail, and thoughtfulness he brings to his work. Mike’s always striving to be his best and goes above and beyond for our clients.
He’s also a quick-witted comedy lover but absolutely rejects his resemblance to “Colin Farrel and Jay Leno had a baby.” On the job, he’s infectiously gregarious and a faux motivational speaker.
Off the clock, he loves cornering you with “meaning of life” conversations and obscure rock n roll trivia. Mike’s a rockstar husband, dad, friend, and marketing pro you can count on.
